Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Business Manager located in Taipei. The Business Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, lead business planning and strategy execution, and manage the development and success of the organization. Responsibilities include identifying business growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification requirements. The role also involves managing budgets, optimizing processes, and leading a motivated team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in business strategy development, financial planning, and project management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 or CNS 27001 standards and experience with compliance management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in business tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and CRM platforms
• Relevant experience in certification bodies or regulatory compliance is desirable
