Timo is a global platform expanding across Southeast Asia, ARC, Brazil, and beyond! We specialize in chat, party rooms, and gaming, creating engaging social entertainment experiences for users worldwide.

We are looking for a Business Development to manage and grow our network of agencies in the Taiwan. If you have a passion for operations, partnerships, and strategy, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard agencies and hosts, ensuring performance and engagement targets are met.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with guild leaders and streamers.
• Organize events and campaigns to boost community engagement.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize strategies using data insights.
• Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all community members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ year experience in social/voice chat/live streaming/gaming platforms.
• Proven recruitment and relationship management skills.
• Data-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin.
