We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Specialist to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Business Development Specialist, you will:

  • Provide support to a group of Taiwan-based Account Managers (Sales Representatives). Your primary responsibility will be to book qualified meetings with target contacts within target accounts and generate pipelines for the Account Managers
  • Work on high-value outbound into target accounts by calling and emailing to identify, engage, qualify, and book meetings with target contacts in target companies. We've got access to the best contact databases along with lists of leads and contacts acquired from marketing campaigns, marketing events, and third-party services.
  • Engage with existing customers to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Enrich and validate customer data to keep databases accurate and up to date.
  • Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign responses to help optimize marketing efforts.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs such as call volumes, meetings set, pipeline targets, and meeting to opportunity conversion rates.
  • Track all activities through Salesforce.com.
  • Continuously learn about cybersecurity trends, Fortinet solutions, and competitive landscape.
  • This is a desk-based role focused on prospect engagement and pipeline generation, playing a critical part in supporting our sales growth in Taiwan.

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Fluent Mandarin and good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or technology industry is a plus.
