Role Description

We are seeking a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive growth and expand our market presence. This critical role involves identifying high-potential leads, gathering competitive market intelligence, and forging long-term strategic partnerships. You will be the face of REVIVEBIO in professional settings, responsible for soliciting new business and developing innovative strategies that align with our mission of advancing global wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Market Intelligence: Collect and analyze industry trends and competitor data.
  • Relationship Management: Build rapport with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Growth Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue and brand equity.
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and professional meetings to foster collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue business opportunities effectively
  • Excellent Communication skills for presenting ideas, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer Service-oriented with the ability to address client needs and enhance client satisfaction
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and achieve objectives in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or science-related fields
  • Previous experience in business development or sales in cosmetic, supplement and/or healthcare industry
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin--additional language skills are advantageous
