Business Development, Specialist/Manager - Travel Industry

We are looking for a passionate and market-savvy Business Development Specialist/Manager in the travel industry in Taiwan.

This role will focus on developing competitive and unique destination products and collaborating with global suppliers to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop competitive, attractive, and unique destination travel products based on traveler needs and market trends

- Maintain and improve the competitiveness of existing products

- Manage supplier relationships and destination partners to ensure strong collaboration

- Oversee product operations and backend processes to secure high-quality customer experiences

- Handle product listing, contract negotiation, invoicing, and other development-related tasks

Qualifications

- Strong ability to collect market insights and identify travel trends

- Genuine interest in travel product development and traveler behaviors

- Consumer-centric mindset with the ability to turn insights into real product offerings

- Strong communication, teamwork, and self-management skills

- Experience working with airlines or tourism-related partners is a plus
