Qualifications

1. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to conduct business discussions, presentations, and email correspondence independently.
2. 1–3+ years of experience in international sales, business development, or B2B account management; experience in dietary supplements, probiotics, food ingredients, pharmaceuticals, or related industries is a plus.
3. Strong new business development mindset, with the ability to proactively identify prospects, follow up opportunities, and develop customers from initial contact to commercial cooperation.
4. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple customers and projects independently.
5. Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits, exhibitions, and business meetings, with strong cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills.
6. Experience in the dietary supplement, functional food, nutraceutical, probiotics, or food ingredient industry is highly preferred.
