POSITION PURPOSE
Baltimore Aircoil Company is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, and distributing innovative heat transfer and thermal management solutions. With a growing focus on the data center industry, BAC is expanding into next-generation technologies including liquid immersion cooling, to meet the evolving demands of high-density computing.
BAC is seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager to lead our immersion cooling growth strategy globally, with a particular focus on developing partnerships with server OEMs and ODMs in APAC. This role will be in evangelizing the benefits of immersion cooling, expanding BAC's footprint in the data center ecosystem, and driving sales of our immersion cooling tanks.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Promote BAC's immersion cooling solutions to stakeholders in the data center and IT hardware ecosystem, especially among server OEMs and ODMs.
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key server manufacturers and integrators, primarily based in Taiwan and across APAC.
- Identify and engage with early adopters, build proof-of-concept projects, and support commercial scaling of BAC's immersion cooling tanks.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, working cross-functionally with engineering, product development, and marketing teams to refine offerings and support growth.
- Lead brand development of BAC at industry events, trade shows, and presenting as subject matter expert in presentations and technica panels, and engaging with potential customers as subject matter expert.
- Stay abreast of data center infrastructure trends, thermal management innovations, and evolving needs in high-performance computing (HPC), AI, and edge computing environments.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or technical sales within data center infrastructure, thermal management, or IT hardware.
- Deep understanding of server hardware ecosystems, ideally with existing relationships within OEMs/ODMs (e.g., Quanta, Wiwynn, Foxconn, Inventec, ASUS, Gigabyte, Supermicro).
- Strong knowledge of liquid cooling technologies; experience with immersion cooling is a major plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to work independently in a highly matrixed, global organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Mandarin Chinese and English fluency is strongly preferred.
