Job Description 1. Brand & Solution Promotion: Introduce our Smart Manufacturing Solutions, Green Factory Solutions, Smart Building Solutions, Data Center Solutions, and Energy Infra. Solutions to Taiwan-based clients, reinforcing our market presence and brand recognition. 2. Customer Relationship Management: Engage with Taiwanese enterprises planning factory investments in SEA/ India, ensuring they prioritize our automation, robotics, data center, and energy infra. solutions in their expansion plans. 3. Business Coordination with SEA/ India Team: Facilitate the smooth transfer of business opportunities from Taiwan HQ to the SEA/ India sales team, supporting them in securing new projects. 4. Market Research & Investment Trends: Track Taiwanese investments in SEA/ India, assess market demands, and refine go-to-market strategies. 5. Technical Consultation & Solution Selling: Provide automation, data center, and power solutions tailored to the specific needs of electronics manufacturing, industrial automation, and large-scale infrastructure projects in SEA/ India. 6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with technical, product, marketing, and regional sales teams to ensure clients receive comprehensive end-to-end solutions. 7. Business Development & Negotiation: Build strong relationships with Taiwanese corporate decision-makers, positioning our solutions as the preferred choice for their SEA/ India expansion. Qualifications & Requirements 1. Languages: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (both spoken and written). 2. Education: (1)Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field. (2)An MBA is preferred but not required. 3. Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in business development, B2B sales, or solution selling, with proven experience in the industrial automation industry. 4. Technical Sales Skills: Ability to understand and effectively communicate the value of industrial automation, building automation, smart manufacturing, data center, and energy infrastructure solutions. 5. Business Negotiation & Relationship Building: Strong networking skills with Taiwanese enterprises and industrial decision-makers. 6. Collaboration & Market Strategy: Capable of aligning Taiwan HQ strategies with SEA/India sales initiatives to drive business growth. 7. Willingness to Travel: Willing to take occasional short-term business trips to India as needed.
