Identify and cultivate relationships with new strategic partners and customers.
Analyze and identify opportunities to expand the business potential of product portfolios within both new and existing international markets.
Collaborate closely with distributors on all sales and marketing functions and activities to ensure alignment and maximize effectiveness.
Review and negotiate contracts with potential and existing distributors to secure favorable terms and foster strong partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective production planning and inventory management to meet market demands.
This position is based in Bangkok, Thailand.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Science is essential. A Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is highly desirable.
A minimum of seven years of progressive experience within the pharmaceutical sector is required.
Demonstrated success with at least two years of experience in leading and managing sales teams. Experience working in a cross-cultural, international setting is necessary.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Demonstrated proactive approach, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a self-starting, results-oriented mindset.
Exceptional business communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking), including the ability to deliver effective presentations.
