Our client is a trusted global partner in risk assessment. Within their Business Services division, they deliver a diverse range of solutions designed to help organizations of all sizes accelerate revenue growth, enhance operational efficiency, and elevate customer experience. They are now looking for a sophisticated Business Development Manager in Taiwan.

Job Description

  • Partner with the account management team to accelerate new business growth.
  • Convert incoming leads into qualified opportunities, ensuring accurate and timely account updates.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and provide regular updates on sales pipeline progress.
  • Prospect within the assigned territory to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Develop and manage territory business plans covering new logo acquisition, cross-selling, upselling, and renewals.
  • Lead prospects through the full sales cycle-from initial engagement to contract closure-collaborating with presales and specialist teams as needed.
  • Support customers during onboarding and implementation, working closely with the account management team to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing revenue lifecycle success.

The Successful Applicant


  • 8+ years solid business development experience in professional services, familiar with financial sector is a big plus
  • Demonstrated experience in business development or account management.
  • Ambitious with high learning agility and flexibility
  • Proven ability to work with CRM platforms, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on pursuing and securing new business opportunities.
