Business Development Manager/Assistant Manager

Are you a young, energetic, and driven professional with a passion for business growth We are seeking a Business Development & Operations [Manager / Assistant Manager] to aggressively hunt, acquire, and onboard large corporate customers for our vehicle maintenance and sales business. Majority of your time will be spent on business development (hunter role), with additional responsibilities in operations.

What You'll Do:

• Identify, engage, and convert large fleet-owning corporate customers for vehicle maintenance and vehicle sales.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and industry events.
• Confidently present and pitch solutions to prospective customers to secure new business.
• Onboard new corporate customers to ensure smooth transition
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing corporate clients.
• Prepare monthly operational and management reports for review.
• Manage and coordinate ad-hoc projects.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in automotive, fleet management, or B2B services.
• Experience with large corporate customer acquisition and onboarding is highly desirable.
• Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented hunter mindset.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
