Strategic Planning & Business Execution
. Execute the Customer Business Plan: Lead end-to-end implementation of Customer JBP for IC Category, reporting directly to Head of Sales.
. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with customers and operation team to deliver business plans. Collaborate with CSP / Shopper Marketing and Brand Team to build account-specific activation plans.
. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze customer sales performance. Actively work on business recovery plans to address business loss
. Strategy Execution: Secure market leadership by successfully landing category strategies at operation level
Promotional & Investment Management:
. Develop Integrated Promo Plans: Develop and implement the customer promo plan (incl. selling the plan at the customer) and managing promo investments.
. Optimize Commercial Spending: Oversee promotional budgets, ensuring all Optimizing Promotional Sell Out (OPSO) inputs are completed accurately and on schedule.
. Maximize Investment Levels: Strategically manage customer investments to maximize ROI for every promotion spent.
Negotiation & Commercial Alignment:
. Close Commercial Deals: Negotiate promotional plans, including promo investment and strategic counterparts in strict alignment with TMICC category strategy.
. Contract Accountability: Deliver agreed-upon commercial plans and actively track fulfilment of mutual commitments set in TTA agreements & JBP alignment.
Team Leadership & Advocacy:
. Perfect Execution: Establish clear, actionable objectives and deliverables for Merchandiser Sales Team to ensure great execution.
. Brand Diplomacy: Serve as an active ambassador for TMICC to maintain Top of Mind status and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
. Enterprise-First Mindset: Participate actively in internal TMICC meetings. Actively practice5i approach (Issue, Information, Insight, Implication & Implementation)
