Job Description

Our client, a well-known Moving & Relocation company, is now seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team in Taiwan.

The role focuses on developing new client relationships, expanding business within targeted accounts, and driving revenue growth through a consultative sales approach.

This position requires an individual who is proactive, client-focused, and capable of navigating complex sales cycles in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client portfolio.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Oversee client engagements, maintain pipelines, and enforce structured sales processes.
  • Advise clients with consultative insights, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and agreements to HR, mobility, and procurement teams.
  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and new account objectives.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events and networking forums

Requirements:

  • 23 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in service solution selling.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets; a strong sales hunter.
  • Client-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is essential; additional languages would be an advantage.
