The Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to drive new enterprise customer acquisition for Jobstreet Singapore. This is a player-coach role where you'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts while leading and mentoring a small high-performing team. You'll be responsible for bringing new enterprise logos into Jobstreet's full suite of talent solutions. This role reports into the Sales Director for Jobstreet Singapore.
Job Description
- Hunt & Close: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise customers based in Singapore
- Lead by Example: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 2 sales professionals (1 enterprise, 1 SME), driving performance through coaching and hands-on guidance
- Navigate Complexity: Build relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders across HR, TA, and business functions
- Drive Strategy: Develop account plans and sales strategies to penetrate target enterprise segments
- Collaborate: Work closely with Sales Ops, Customer Success, and Marketing to optimize the sales motion and customer experience
Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with proven track record of new logo acquisition
- Strong mentorship and coaching capabilities - you elevate those around you and roll your sleeves up to work with your team through challenges
- Experience selling to senior stakeholders and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes
- Self-starter mentality with ability to prospect, qualify, and close independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Other Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Background in job boards, HR tech, recruitment solutions, B2B SaaS, or marketplace businesses
- Experience with off-the-shelf product sales (vs. custom-built IT solutions)
- Existing network within Singapore's enterprise market
