The Business Development role is responsible for driving net new sales and revenue from new and existing accounts within the assigned vertical. Your role are to increase Iron Mountain footprint by introducing the products, services and solutions through prospecting, networking and executing marketing initiatives and account plans.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Develops strategies and executes the necessary activities to win New Business from new accounts in allocated industry sectors, including exploring with channel partners.
  • Drive the business growth in all lines of business, including offerings of information management services and digital solutions, with a transformation pitch, to develop compelling solutions with the supporting teams.
  • Develops Account Planning strategies for your top customers and manages excellence in account management for key accounts by identifying initiatives and delivering business values.
  • Strategically manages key customers renewal processes and pricing by implementing customer retention strategies.
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit

Qualifications

  • A track record of high performance in enterprise selling roles with over 3 years experience, on services-oriented selling and solution selling is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customers and market dynamics and requirements, process good selling and growth skills especially on selling services and solutions for the transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communications skills, strong organization, multi-tasking and time management proficiency.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred
