About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business process improvement experience, and the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to define solutions.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend process improvements and efficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, workflows, and process maps.
• Support project planning, implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and business insights using data analysis tools.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate system enhancements, and ensure requirements are met.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and effectively communicate project updates and recommendations.
• Work within Agile/Scrum and traditional project delivery environments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and reporting/Business Intelligence tools.
• Exposure to or experience working with .NET and Java application environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent.
• Experience in system implementation, application enhancements, and digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Language Requirement

• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese and/or Mandarin will be an added advantage due to stakeholder communication requirements.
