Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis to identify trends and insights that support business strategies.
- Support the sales excellence team by analyzing sales data, performance metrics, and developing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to create presentations and reports for management.
- Participate in strategy sessions to brainstorm and implement solutions to improve sales performance.
- Provide administrative support as needed for various projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an MBA program or a related field at an accredited institution.
- Master's degree majoring in Engineering/Science or related field is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full time work experience before MBA is required.
