Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to act as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technology teams, driving the delivery of business transformation and technology-enabled initiatives within the banking environment. This role is responsible for stakeholder management, high-level solutioning, change implementation planning, and project delivery support, ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, sustainable, and risk-compliant solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong banking domain knowledge, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and extensive experience leading complex business and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams.
