Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Broker / Account Manager to develop and manage client relationships in the broader APAC region.
This role focuses on client acquisition, retention, and IB partnership development, ensuring a high level of service and long-term business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new trading clients and IB partners
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the client base and trading volume
- Promote Qube Markets products and services to potential clients
Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and market updates
- Monitor client activity and proactively engage to increase retention
IB & Partner Development
- Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates
- Support IB partners with onboarding, training, and marketing materials
- Drive IB performance through rebate and CPA programs
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on CFD, forex, and financial markets
- Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and market trends
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure all client onboarding complies with KYC/AML requirements
- Maintain accurate records and report performance metrics
Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 25 years experience in:
- CFD / Forex brokerage
- Financial services sales
- Account management or IB development
Skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Sales-driven with a proven track record
- Good understanding of:
- CFD / Forex trading
- Trading platforms (MT4 / MT5 preferred)
Language
- Fluent in English
- Mandarin is a strong advantage
