About Binance Accelerator Program
The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a fixed-term initiative designed for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience in the fast-growing Web3 space. You will have the opportunity to work on impactful Binance projects, develop new skills, and expand your professional network, setting the foundation for a thriving career.
Who May Apply
- Current university students or recent graduates
- Available to work at least 3 days per week
Responsibilities
- Participate in the development and maintenance of core Binance products.
- Responsible for compiling and implementing interface documentation for business modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified by the QA team.
- Assist the Customer Support (CS) team with problem-solving and issue classification for system improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.
- Strong foundation in Java with an understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking.
- Familiarity with the Spring microservice framework and its operational mechanisms.
- Experience with MySQL and at least one NoSQL database.
- Familiarity with middleware like Redis, RabbitMQ, and Kafka.
- Strong logical thinking, excellent team collaboration skills, and fast learning ability.
- Good communication skills, fluent in English for coordination with international teams. Additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with open-source projects is preferred.
