Responsibilities
Team introduction: The BABI platform uses commercialization as the main core means through internal commercialization/marketing to provide one-stop platform support around IT infrastructure and labor costs. The service company can clearly see the operating process of each business department from budget to cost to revenue, and combines data-based and intelligent methods to help business lines do cost management. 1. Participate in the big data research and development work of the ByteDance technical team and the Volcano Engine business and other business analysis systems, including but not limited to core modules such as BI visualization, OLAP analysis, data flow scheduling, and data intelligent services 2. Participate in FinOps data governance work, continue to improve data usability and data quality, and empower business analysis 3. In-depth understanding of business and system pain points, provide high-quality solutions, and continue to improve system stability, reliability, scalability, and solve technical problems.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, solid programming skills, mastering at least one language such as Java, Go, Python, etc. 2. Familiar with the principles and optimization methods of big data-related components (Kafka/Flink/Spark/Hive/Clickhouse/Doris, etc.), with architectural design experience for large-scale data online service platforms, and a relatively in-depth understanding of BI scenarios 3. Have a certain understanding and experience in big data products related to public cloud/private cloud/hybrid cloud, and understand cloud native, DevOps and other related concepts 4. Have strong system architecture design and code optimization capabilities, excellent problem analysis and solving skills, and be passionate about challenging problems 5. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication skills and excellent teamwork skills.
