You will be responsible for your individual sales target, including the following job responsibilities:
. Ability to analyze and identify customers skin (face especially), scalp, and body issues professionally and offer the best solutions through the company's premium services and products.
. Engage and establish good relationships with prospects.
. Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their needs are fulfilled and handled professionally.
. Educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.
. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
. Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.
. Basic knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures.
. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
. Aggressive in customer care and therefore translating into good sales.
. Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients on different treatment packages.
