Beauty Consultant

PERFECTION TCM is a beauty salon located at Jurong West and Bishan.

We offer a huge variety of hair and beauty services for our clients such as facial and TCM treatments.

We need new enthusiastic candidates who are outgoing and also a competent team player in order to work with other associates to promote wide variety of beauty packages and services to our customers.

We are looking for Experienced Full-Time candidate as follows :

1) Beautician OR Beauty Therapist

2) Beauty Consultant

3) Sales Supervisor

Basic salary + Commission ( 6 days work week )

Roles & Responsibilities :-

Consultant experience needed for managerial roles otherwise beauty industry experience

- Other ad-hoc duties instructed by the manager
- Promote wide range of services and packages
- Excellent customer service and communication
- Hardworking and team cooperation
- Able to commute well with peers / a team player
- Able to speak basic Chinese and English to maintain good after-sales relationship with different racial clients. (Most clients speak English and Chinese only)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills, well-groomed and presentable.
- Independent and self-motivated- Beauty / Facial knowledge.

Job Key Responsibilities:.

Managing the day-to-day Operations of the designated outlet assigned..

Lead / Manage a team of Therapists..

Maintain and update Customer database..

Promote treatments and packages to Customers..

Maintain the outlet overall presentation and responsible for the outlet Sales and Revenue.
Personal monthly sales achievement. Possess Results Driven Attitude

Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
