Responsibilities
Team introduction: TikTok is an international short video platform covering 150 countries and regions. We hope to discover real and interesting moments through TikTok to make life better. TikTok has offices around the world, with global headquarters in Los Angeles and Singapore, as well as offices in New York, London, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Jakarta, Seoul and Tokyo. The TikTok intelligent creation team provides AI, special effects, and audio and video creation technical capabilities for the TikTok business, covering technical fields such as computer vision, graphics, shooting and editing, special effects, client, and server engineering. It also provides Douyin with industry-leading capabilities and industry solutions for content understanding, content creation, interactive experience, and consumption in various forms. 1. Responsible for the system research and development work of TikTok's intelligent creative material service back-end R&D team 2. Lead and develop large-scale software systems to provide power for international short video effects 3. Improve system design and architecture to ensure high stability, performance and reliability of products 4. Cooperate with cross-functional teams as partners to provide high-quality work in rapid product development.
Qualifications
1. Have extensive experience in building large-scale application building platforms and services for C-end consumers 2. Have experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver successful products, with experience in intelligent creation business preferred 3. In-depth understanding of computer architecture, data structures and algorithms 4. Proficient in at least one of the following languages: Go, Python, Java, C++ 5. Be sensitive to business and data, have good business understanding and pain point analysis capabilities, and be good at applying reasonable structures to business 6. Have good team communication and collaboration skills.
