Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the design and implementation of the back-end module of the core services of the GIP product advertising algorithm, including recall, click/conversion rate estimation, creative and style selection, advertising and content mixed sorting, etc. 2. Build deep learning capabilities for the advertising algorithm of GIP products, including streaming sample generation, real-time training of deep models, online inference services of deep models, deep model recall services, etc. 3. Responsible for the optimization of the mixing strategy, delivery strategy, bidding strategy, traffic optimization, computing power allocation, engineering performance, etc. of GIP product advertising links 4. Design and implement a highly available advertising delivery system to carry high concurrency and low-latency advertising requirements 5. Cooperate with the product team to improve the advertising monetization efficiency and user experience of GIP products to achieve rapid and stable business iteration.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, software engineering and other related majors, with a solid computer foundation 2. Familiar with at least one programming language in C++/Golang/Python, with 2 years or more of production project development experience 3. Sensitive to data, able to quickly understand business, and familiar with commonly used big data processing tools (Hive/Spark) 4. Familiar with the Linux operating system and development environment, with good data structure, algorithm foundation and system design capabilities 5. Good at communication, proactive work, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork skills 6. Applicants with experience in the development of Internet advertising systems, search engines, and personalized recommendation systems are preferred those with statistical background, data analysis and data mining experience are preferred.
