Key Responsibilities
EC b.com Channel Strategy & Sales Achievement
Develop and implement e-commerce strategies on b.com to achieve sales targets.
Monitor and track daily KPIs and campaign performance by each brand, and initiate strategies with omni-insights as total brand digital touchpoints on b.com.
B.com Agency Management
Oversee day-to-day operations and detailed plan reviews across the agency team on b.com.
Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized.
Weekly review with agency and propose action plans when needed.
B.com Operation Coordination
Collaborate with brand, CRM and logistics teams to align goals and ensure smooth operations throughout the cross functional team.
Collaborate with performance marketing team and media agency to enhance investment efficiency.
Manage stock forecast with 3PL and avoid SLOB occurred.
B.com Website Optimization
Analyze Google analytics to identify challenges and opportunities.
Lead CRO implementation for a better UI / UX to drive sustainable sales with better conversion rate.
Explore insights with digital tools to build up comprehensive consumer journey.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of b.com specialists with development of EC capability.
Conduct regular performance reviews with the team and provide feedback when needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
8+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
Proven leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English; Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
