Overview Relationship Manager of Private Banking, responsible for managing client relationships and delivering a full suite of wealth management products and services to High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit business opportunities through cross-selling, referrals, and personal & business networks.
- Acquire new High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.
- Identify client needs and deliver tailored banking and wealth management solutions to enhance the client experience.
- Collaborate with product specialists to provide professional advice aligned with clients investment goals and risk profiles.
- Strengthen client relationships and maximize revenue potential by delivering differentiated solutions.
- Adhere to bank policies and professional ethics while remaining vigilant to various business risks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5-10 years of sales experience in consumer banking, preferably with exposure to HNW/UHNW client segments.
- Registered RI (Types 1 & 4) for conducting investment-related activities.
- Strong knowledge of banking, wealth management products, and professional business ethics.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong drive to succeed and a natural flair for sales.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ECF Certification required.
- Certified Private/Retail Wealth Professional designation is preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential Cantonese proficiency is an advantage.
