FICC - Corporate Sales - AVP / VP/ED (Hong Kong)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and relevant financial institutions included but not limited to Corp Treasury Centers or family offices.
- Work independently in pitching structured solutions (IRS, FX hedging, bonds, commodities, etc.) tailored to client needs of liabilities hedging, corporate asset management and event driven transactions, both in public side and private side.
- Work closely with structuring and trading desks to facilitate pricing, risk management, and execution of FICC products.
Requirements:
- At least 7 - 15 years of experience in global market industry preferred in sales aspect, proven track record in Corp sales would be a plus.
- Result driven and strong sales character with comprehensive knowledge in client onboarding, relationship maintenance, derivatives pitching, credit application.
- Familiarity with rates/FX products (IRS, NDFs, options), credit bonds, and macro hedging strategies.
- Excellent communication (English & Mandarin) to engage cross-border clients.
