Bank Account Opening, including Branch and Digital Channel, in accordance with the Group Policy, Regulatory Reporting such as FATCA/CRS and local regulatory requirements
Perform Bank Account Service process, including DDA Setting, Pre-Designated Account Setting, Balance Account Certification, statement process, and data maintenance
Maintain proper management oversight to ensure all requests & operational tasks are processed within specified service standard, timely and accurately
Identify operational risks and implement measures to address/mitigate the risk
Lead and inspire the team to proactively challenge existing paradigms and effectively implement transformative changes, fostering engagement in continuous process improvement through innovative digitization and automation initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the Business/Operations problem statement, propose analytic requirements and solutions, leverage on internal and external data and use analytics techniques to provide data-driven insights, re-engineer and eliminate existing process frictions in realizing STP strategy
Provide insights through data visualization to deliver productivity, identify root cause of a situation and provide actionable insights
Provide User Requirements & perform UAT/LV and sign-off on initiatives/production fixes
Ensure timely updates of SOPs/process maps & prompt communication to team
Support team manager on project/initiatives, engage & coach team on process improvements to manage & drive team's performance & achieve team objectives
