Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and recruit top-quality candidates for the organization
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements, and provide tailored recruitment solutions
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screening, assessment, and selection processes to identify the best-fit candidates
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate communication, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support the organization's talent needs
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in talent acquisition and selection
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a similar role
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and other recruitment-related tools
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Commitment to maintaining a diverse and inclusive workforce
