Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries to understand their business needs and provide tailored financial solutions
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and cross-sell the bank's products and services to existing clients
- Collaborate with the Institutional Banking Group team to deliver comprehensive banking solutions that address the client's requirements
- Analyze financial data, market trends, and industry dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to the team's overall performance and growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking, relationship management, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of the banking industry, financial products, and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and provide customized solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
- Proficient in using relevant banking and financial analysis tools
