Key Responsibilities

• Research and interpret regulatory and digital governance requirements
• Assess existing digital channel services for compliance gaps and improvement areas
• Translate frameworks into practical, implementable standards
• Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Cyber Security and Technology teams on policy alignment and build scalable, compliant, and customer-centric solutions
• Provide regulatory insights and strategic recommendations to management
  
  

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital security and governance
• Ability to simplify complex governance concepts into practical solutions
• Strategic thinker with excellent cross-functional communication
• Fluent in English and Mandarin

5+ years in digital banking, regulatory strategy, risk control, or compliance.
