Select and build an automation framework that suits the project needs and implement it with high quality 2. Manage and optimize the automation process to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system 3. Work closely with the infrastructure team and business team to ensure the seamless integration of automation solutions 4. Solve technical problems encountered during the automation process and continuously improve the process 5. Provide technical guidance and training to team members and promote best practices.
Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in wireless/Web/server testing and development, proficient in at least one programming language such as Go/Python, and able to independently complete the development of test tools 2. Proficient in at least one special test such as wireless performance, service/client automated testing 3. Proficient in test processes and test case design methods, and able to actively conduct technical research 4. Possess certain logical thinking, negotiation and conflict management abilities 5. Good at teamwork, understanding and adapting to changes, taking results and actions as criteria, and striving to pursue success 6. Talents with at least one special test such as wireless performance, weak network, server/client automated testing will be given priority.
