Your Job
We are looking for an Automated Test Engineer with an electronics engineering background to design and develop efficient and precise automated test systems. You will apply your knowledge of signal integrity (SI) to analyze and solve challenges in high-speed signal testing, driving the optimization and automation of testing processes to ensure product quality meets rigorous standards.
Our Team
You will join a cross-functional R&D team comprising electronic design, software development, and test engineers focused on developing optical communication and high-speed electronic products. Our team is experienced in system integration and cutting-edge technology applications.
What You Will Do
- Design and develop automated test architectures and test scripts
- Perform high-speed signal integrity (SI) analysis, including signal quality monitoring and fault diagnosis
- Develop test plans and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth mass production testing flow
- Analyze test data to identify issues and propose improvements
- Continuously optimize test efficiency and introduce advanced automation tools
- Write test reports and technical documentation to support product verification and production transfer.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Familiar with fundamental theories and practical applications of high-speed signal integrity (SI)
- Experience in designing and executing automated test architectures
- Proficient in using signal test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team player
- Programming skills in Python, LabVIEW, or similar languages
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, with ability to document clearly
What Will Put You Ahead
- Master's degree or higher, specializing in high-speed signals, RF, or related areas
- Experience with SI simulation tools, or equivalent
- Background in optical communication or high-speed data transmission product development
- Familiarity with test automation platforms and CI/CD workflows
- Project management experience or PMP certification is a plus
