Audi Aftersales Service Operations (Assistant Manager / Manager)

About the Role

The Audi Service business growth through development and implementation of successful marketing programs designed to achieve objectives spare parts sales, customer loyalty, improvement of service market share, customer satisfaction as well the planning of the Spare Parts target volume and financial budget forecasting.

What You'll Be Doing

1. Maximizing dealer efficiency and business growth potential

Develop, promote, implement and follow up on Aftersales Dealer Steering KPI programs.

Analyze to identify ways to improve dealership performance and profitability.

Monitor, review and communicate dealership the status of business plan as well as parts sales objectives.

Develop After Sales campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.

Preparation of Dealer Meetings

2.Implementing and improving service quality level

Ensuring each dealer can adequately comply with Audi service standards.

Ensuring policies and information are shared and implemented, liaison between Audi Taiwan Aftersales and dealers

Identify gaps in dealer performance and recommend and facilitate training.

3.Financial Forecasting / Planning

Setting of Annual Spare parts Target on Importer and Dealer level.

Monthly Spare Parts target review with AVT Finance department and Group parts supply department.

Ordering of Initial parts stock for new models.

Monthly review of AS P&L and department spending.

Coordinate and monitor the parts Bonus and Incentive programs.

4.Parts price analysis

Set the sensitive parts basket to monitor the price change impact on routine service jobs.

Review and adjust parts pricing to optimize Aftersales turnover and profitability.
