Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Attorney role based in Taipei. The Attorney will handle legal matters including conducting research and analysis, offering legal advice, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations or legal proceedings. Providing expertise in labor and employment law and collaborating with clients on dispute resolution are essential parts of the role. The Attorney will work closely with various practice groups to deliver tailored legal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law, with expertise in Labor and Employment Law
- Strong skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting in-depth Research
- Demonstrated ability in Negotiation and conflict resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese is highly advantageous
- Analytical thinking, detail orientation, and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree or equivalent, and active legal licensure
- Previous experience in an international legal environment or with corporate clients is a plus
