Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage applications as major support on Institutional Banking Group and trade systems
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) to stakeholders and other team members
- Deliver projects, design and propose solutions for the development of new functionalities, enhancement and maintenance of the applications and services used within the business line
- Work with global/local stakeholders and partners to keep everything from people
- Analyze business requirements, document processes, and develop technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of solutions
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to the applications and services
- Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to ensure high availability and reliability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements
- Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirements gathering
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools
- Familiarity with financial services industry and banking operations is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
