What You Will Do

  • Develop strategies to win business share and drive the company&aposs profitable growth through analyzing market and customer product development directions and demand trends, and exploring the strengths and weaknesses of competitors&apos products,
  • Responsible for promoting the company&aposs product solutions to customers and communicating with customers&apos R&D personnel about the structure, performance, application, and other technical requirements of the products.
  • Responsible for following up on the progress of new project verifications, creating project plans, and ensuring projects smoothly enter mass production.
  • Coordinate internal resources to resolve various technical, delivery, and quality issues raised by customers, regularly visit customers, and conduct business negotiations with them.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor or above degree in science, engineering or related fields such as marketing.
  • Outgoing personality, good at communication, proactive, eager to learn, willing to share, and skilled at influencing and motivating others.
  • Able to face challenges positively, result-oriented, good at creatively solving problems, and able to grow quickly in a changing environment.
