Regional Collaboration: This role requires effective collaboration with Project Managers and IT personnel located in other countries, fostering a unified approach to project execution and issue resolution across different regions
Cross-Functional Partnership: You will be responsible for working closely with vendors, internal IT teams, Product Project Managers, and operational users. The primary goal of this collaboration is to analyze existing processes, identify opportunities for enhancement, and develop solutions that meet the evolving requirements of our operations
Reporting & Communication: A critical part of this position involves preparing and presenting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) status reports and presentation decks. These updates will be shared with end-users and senior management to ensure transparency, gather feedback, and obtain necessary approvals throughout the UAT phase
Documentation: You will be tasked with the preparation of comprehensive system operation manuals. These manuals are vital for guiding users and ensuring consistent and correct utilization of new or updated systems
Live Verification: Following the implementation of system projects, you will conduct live verification to ensure that the deployed systems are functioning as intended, meeting all specified requirements, and successfully supporting business operations in a production environment
Requirement Skill
Fluent in English both speaking and writing in order to support group projects
Ability to clearly understand operation users need and provide appropriate solutions accordingly
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiar with Jira / Vision / MS Office365. Knowledge of VBA / python and SQL is preferred
