THE OPPORTUNITY

The Associate Product Manager will focus on business solution to increase the pneumococcal & pediatric/adult vaccine market opportunities. He/She is expected to transfer product strategy, objectives into value creation through the strong understand of the consumer's needs. He or She is mainly responsible for coordinating the cross-functional colleagues to rapid penetrate the market by developing strategies & innovative solutions to increase the vaccination rate and market share via leveraging data, analytic, digital, agile ways of workings.

This position will collaborate and work closely with the senior product manager for the market strategy building and coordinate the business solution development including cross functional colleagues and relevant regional colleagues

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Exploration of the business solution to drive the private market penetration, and support CFT to engage scientific leaders and NIP strategies.
  • Collect, validate, and manage creative assets and engage with external stakeholders to obtain market intelligence.
  • Collaboration with regional stakeholder, and local CFT for the private market strategies.
  • Manage annual A&P and ensure expense accuracy and project effectiveness which algin the key opportunity spaces.
  • Establish KPIs of each tactical plans and set the tracking system.
  • In-time project management and the partnership development.
  • Work with IT/ data scientist to Convert complex data and findings into understandable insights and implication for business

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Marketing planning /Communication and analytical skills

Key requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experiences on marketing or similar roles.
  • Experience in establishing business solution and innovative solution framework
  • Experience in health care private market and the financial solution development.
  • Ability to connect quickly with product strategy.
  • Maintains thorough knowledge of the customers'needs and system affecting them.
  • Strong communication skill and be able to coordinate with internal cross-functional colleagues and external experts.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform good data analytic and able to use various forms of data
  • Proven record of delivering tangible business value
  • Experienced in Vaccine or self-pay product business
