What You'll Do

  • Support the marketing team by conducting commercial and market data analysis to provide timely visibility into market changes, trends, and performance drivers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that help marketing leads monitor campaign performance, market movements, partner performance, and customer behavior.
  • Work closely with marketing leads to understand their business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making through data automation, consolidated reporting, and process optimization.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing reports by maintaining data collection and validation processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., commercial, product, finance) to support broader business analyses when needed.

What You'll Need

  • 34 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related fieldexperience supporting marketing or commercial teams is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of marketing performance metrics, funnel analysis, and campaign reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with BigQuery; experience with Python/R is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and meaningful insights.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with marketing leads and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience working with datasets and performing basic ETL tasks (data extraction, cleaning, transformation).
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin.
  • Proactive, curious, and able to independently surface insights that help marketing stay ahead of market shifts.
