The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to designated business units, driving strategic people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience. Acting as an employee champion and change agent, the HRBP partners closely with HR Centres of Excellence and business leaders to execute talent, engagement, performance, and cultural priorities aligned with the company's vision.

The Job:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
  • Advise and drive people strategies and HR programs including but not limited to resourcing management and assessment, organizational change, development and mobility, rewards and performance management
  • Act as HR advisor on people-related matters including but not limit to employee relations for the respective business functions and employees
  • Partner with HR specialist/teams to deliver people agenda for their respective business functions
  • Drive the annual performance management cycle, ensuring quality feedback, calibration, and development planning.
  • Ensures the consistent application of HR policies, processes and systems within the business functions they partner with
  • Manage assigned HR projects

The Person:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology or any related disciplines.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within financial services or multinational organizations.
  • Strong understanding of the full spectrum of HR functions, including talent, performance, reward, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to influence and challenge constructively.
  • Agile, dynamic, and able to manage complexity and competing priorities.
  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for elevating employee experience.
  • Proactive problemsolving and analytical mindset.
  • Good command of Cantonese and English is a must
