Your role
We are looking for an high-potential junior Associate Client Relationship Manager to join our team. This role is designed to provide broad exposure across key functions in Asset Management Taiwan and to build a strong foundation in client relationship management. Key responsibilities :
- work closely with Lead CRMs to support client coverage, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and relationship development
- support preparation of client presentations, proposals, and internal control related materials
- coordinate internally with investment, product, operations, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality client solutions
- build strong knowledge of products, solutions, and market dynamics

Your team
You will be working in the Sales team in Taiwan Asset Management. Our role is to market UBS Asset Management products and solutions through wholesale channel to 3rd party distributors. Our team is responsible for managing clients in terms of qualitative and quantitative measurements.
Your expertise
- licensed for mutual fund sales in Taiwan (or eligible to obtain the relevant licenses promptly)
- a good team player who works well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
- proactive, reliable, and able to take ownership of tasks with guidance
- keen interest in building a long-term career in client relationship management and asset management
- fluent in Mandarin and English to support local client base
