My client, one of the top-tier single family offices, seeks a results-driven Associate/ Analyst to support the research and analysis, the value creation and performance optimization of portfolio companies across green energy and climate technologies sectors. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder management to support portfolio growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Energy, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, Green Energy Technologies, Chemistry, or other relevant fields
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, corporate development, investment & research, or relevant industry roles (energy, oil and gas, green technologies, industrial materials, chemicals etc.) candidate with less experience could be considered as Analyst role.
• Track record of supporting business development in value creation, operational improvement, or growth initiatives
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Reasonable understanding of renewable fuels & chemical, energy storage technologies, industrial processes
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Intellectual curiosity, continuous learning mentality, proactive, good communication skills
• Occasional travel is required
