PURPOSE
Lead key pillars of Group Digital Strategy & Solutions and work with country stakeholders
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Deliver and design digital framework to add incremental leads to FWD's key digital channels and including Omne, Cube and OneWeb with all BUs
- Work with all cross functional teams within Group Digital team.Specifically with digital platforms team on identifying incremental lead sources for the platform (Cube/OMNE) as recipients of additional leads.Furthermore, manage data analytics and linkage with data monetisation campaigns by Data team/
- Drive and find additional opportunities with BU counterparts on how to add incremental impact on key leads generation activities
- Track all additional leads generation figures and conversion rates with all BUs and internal functions including and not limited to: Group Distribution teams, Marketing, Partnership teams
- Develop and deliver leads dashboard and KPIs to track performance of leads generation activities with BUs
- Map out on quarterly basis key performance of leads per channel to get wholistic view of each BU's leads status
- Orchestrate Distribution SteerCo for both Agency and Banca engagements
- Identify key initiatives to increase leads with BU stakeholders and other key function owners such as distribution/partnership/Banca
- Design a digital solution to connect the dots of leads flow at each of BUs for End-to-End connectivity and tracking
- Delivery of leads solution that will lead to incremental leads, nurturing and conversion
- Design and deliver leads flow in digital marketing scope with BUs for leads nurturing
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Graduated from a recognised university, with major in business management, with excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience in Insurance and domain expert in digital marketing and leads
- Understand dynamics of insurance operations and key CRM digital tools
- Understanding of sales metrics and digital sales management tools
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Experience in navigating in matrix organizations
- Good understanding or passion for digital transactions and metrics (eCommerce, Digital marketing KPIs)
- Good communication skills, good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Knowledge of an Asian language is desirable
- Working experience in insurance industry is preferred, with solid Life Insurance Domain knowledge.
