Job Description

Your role:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of comprehensive marketing communication campaigns to elevate brand visibility, drive product/service adoption, and achieve business objectives across multiple channels.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners to develop high-impact, integrated content strategies for social media, eDM, websites, and advertising.
  • Oversee creative and media agency collaborations, managing digital campaigns including SEM/SEO optimization, programmatic advertising, paid social, display networks, and emerging platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance, website metrics, and ad data using advanced analytics tools deliver actionable insights, optimization recommendations, and reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Conduct in-depth industry/competitor research, benchmarking, and trend analysis develop and pitch forward-thinking implementation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth industry/competitor research, benchmarking, and trend analysis recommend innovative plans aligned with business goals.
  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, AI-driven tools, and platform innovations champion best practices to enhance team efficiency, agility, and measurable outcomes.

To succeed in this role:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years in marketing communications, performance marketing, or advertising agencies, with 5+ years in senior/leadership roles.
  • Experience in managing and marketing telecom products and services is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading successful marketing and communication campaigns that drove business growth and enhanced brand visibility.
  • Highly independent, detail-oriented, organized, with strong leadership accountability.
  • Expertise in content strategy, digital ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic tools), and multi-channel operations.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects/teams and managing agency partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
