Job Description

The Director of Strategy and Digital Analytics will lead the transformation of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) through data-driven insights, and advanced analytics solutions. This role will deliver fit-for-purpose data analytics capabilities that directly support cost savings, workflow efficiency, and strategic decision-making across Asia and global CRE operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement CRE's digital strategy aligned with enterprise objectives.

  • Develop and present well-narrated business cases, presentations, and reporting decks for senior leadership.

  • Act as an advocate and change champion for data analytics through education and workshop s.

  • Deliver actionable data-driven insights that enhance internal operations and drive business decisions at scale.

  • Lead the roadmap and execution of internal product development in Data Strategy (e.g., CRE portfolio management tools, streamlined reporting platforms).

  • Carry out occupancy, transaction, and financial analysis to formulate strategies supporting business objectives in Asia offices.

  • Leverage consulting, project management, and data visualization skills to plan and deliver high-value use cases.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and vendors to create innovative solutions.

  • Establish frameworks for data accuracy, security, and compliance.

  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time performance monitoring.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree Related Discipline MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in corporate real estate strategy, digital transformation, or analytics leadership roles.

  • Proven expertise in AI/ML applications, data analytics platforms, and digital workplace technologies.

  • Strong understanding of global real estate markets and workplace trends.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced analytics platforms.

  • Knowledge of PropTech, IoT, and smart building technologies.

  • Familiarity with ESG and sustainability metrics in real estate.
