Job Description

we are looking for Restaurant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

  • Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring

  • Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally

  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations

  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination

  • Control operational costs and improve overall restaurant profitability

  • Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed daily

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain efficient workflow

  • Assist in planning promotions, marketing activities, and special events

  • Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B or restaurant management

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and night shifts when required

  • Good problem-solving and team management skills

  • Knowledge of restaurant POS systems and basic inventory management preferred

Working Hours:
6 days work week, including weekends and public holidays
