The College of Management at Yuan Ze University invites applications for assistant/associate/full professor positions in the following area:

Position Overview: Selected candidates will contribute to cutting-edge research and teaching across undergraduate, postgraduate (MBA, MS, and Ph.D.), and executive programs. Qualifications:

• Ph.D. in management, economics, strategy, international business, or a related field from an accredited institution (domestically or internationally recognized by Taiwan's Ministry of Education)
• Demonstrated English teaching capability
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or demonstrated research potential
• Conversational Mandarin proficiency preferred but not required

1. Curriculum Vitae and Personal Statement (including academic and professional background, expertise, research interests, and teaching philosophy)
2. Copy of Ph.D. diploma (foreign degree holders must submit verification from the overseas representative office; graduating students should include an advisor's statement with expected graduation date)
3. Graduate study transcript (for recent Ph.D. graduates only)
4. Teaching certificate (if available)
5. Publication list with research summary and significant achievements
6. Most representative publications from the last five years with references
7. Two letters of recommendation
8. Any additional supporting materials (e.g., teaching evaluations, awards, grants)

Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed in two phases. In the first phase, the search committee will review all application materials. Qualified candidates will be invited for interviews in the second phase. Interviews may be conducted either online or in person, depending on candidate circumstances and preferences.
