We are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic HR Business Partner (HRBP) team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, supporting our shared services while partnering closely with business leaders. You will play a vital part in driving organisational effectiveness, nurturing talent growth, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace.
At least 2 years of HR generalist or business partner experience (Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply and may be considered for a HR Officer role).
Strong and practical understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, legislation and relevant regulations.
Possess a strong continuous improvement mindset with an interest or experience in process enhancement, digitalisation, or AI-driven HR tools. Hands-on experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is a big plus!
Data-driven and excel at translating raw HR data into meaningful, actionable insights.
Well organised, attentive to detail, and a fantastic team player.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
